    Tapawera Area School caters for the education of students from 5 years old all the way through to the end of high schooling.

    Mondays and Thursdays, 10-12:30 at the Memorial Hall

    Our village becomes your village at Playcentre: fun and friendship for you and your children in endless experiences that last a lifetime.

    Playcentre creates a sense of belonging as families share responsibilities and decision making.

    This offers families the chance to play, grow and learn together, as well as forge meaningful friendships with other families in the community.
    Catering to families with children aged 0-6 years.

  • Toy Library

    We have a great variety of toys for our tamariki still, if you want your tamariki to have a fun weekend and since the weather is becoming colder, we have great hire options available for the family and tamariki such as a bouncy castle, board games, puzzles, bikes and ride-on cars, and many more fun toys to hire for children to build their imagination and have fun over the weekends!

    So come down to the toy library to have a look! A huge thank you goes out to the Lotteries Commission for their ongoing support granting funds to help Tapawera Toy Library with operating costs. With this help we are able to maintain providing this wonderful service to our Tapawera whānau.
