Tapawera Creative Fibre is a craft group that specialises in all manner of crafting. Approximately half of our group are affiliated with Creative Fibre NZ, meaning that there is an emphasis on wool and fibre, the rest of the group are happy to remain crafters as we are. The group remains dedicated to offering up skilling and trying new skills as we learn of them. We have no shortage of new ideas or future learning coming up in our programme. Come and visit, have a look at what we do, you are most welcome. If you wish to learn a new craft, we have the resources. If you wish to consolidate previous learning with new skills we can help. Whether you knit, crochet, paint by numbers, sew, cross stitch, embroider, metal work or do ceramics, we would love to see you. Have a cuppa and a yak.
