The Tapawera & Districts Community Council Secretary wrote to members on 29 December 2025 explaining the voting process for Officers to form the new TDCC Committee.
The constitution of the TDCC limits the Committee to a maximum of nine Officers and as there were 10 nominations an election was required. Subsequently one of the nominees, Andrea Keys, has withdrawn her candidacy reducing the number of candidates to nine, meaning there is no need for an election.
Therefore TDCC chair Steve Udy confirms that the following members will comprise the new Committee:

Stuart Bryant
Julie Jacobson
David Moulder
Patricia Palmer
Geoffrey Proffit
Ian Dean Walls
Kieri Williams
It is expected the existing Committee will continue in its caretaker role until handover at the next scheduled meeting on 17 February (usually third Tuesday of each month apart from January).
